Soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes, then blend them into a smooth paste.
In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, baking soda, maca powder, and cacao powder.
In another bowl, mash the bananas and add cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Add the blended dates, eggs, and olive oil to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking tin.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
