Protein Coconut Yogurt Bowl for Breakfast in 10 min
- 1 Cup Coconut Yogurt 1/3 Cup Raspberries, 1/2 Banana & 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds.
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder,
- 2 Tbsp Peanut or Almond Butter
- 1/3 Cup Raspberries or Blueberries can be frozen
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds & Cacao Nibs or Dark Chocolate
- optionally 1 Tbsp of favourite Granola
Mix the protein powder with yogurt and top up with the rest of the ingredients
