Practice 1:1 is an individual practice of your choice (hatha yoga or healthy movement) tailored to your needs. The time and the place of the practice can be adjusted to your lifestyle. The benefits from individual practice include body posture evaluation, possibility to combine practice with a meditation session, variety of practice, and home exercise kit.
Yoga is about balance, a union of body and mind, a union of individual me with the whole universe, unity with life. Yoga is celebrating life in itself. Yoga has benefits on various levels as it can increase wellbeing on the physical, vital, energetic, emotional, and psychological level. It challenges the limits of the mind and the body and encourages you to expand your field of awareness. It can support humanity in its quest for improved physical health. Everyone and anyone can practice yoga regardless of race, gender, religion, age, size, shape, or ethnicity. Yoga practise include: calm down, meditation, work with the breath, body warm-up, strengthening and stretching exercises, relaxation, rest.
During healthy movement classes, we concentrate on stretching and making all muscles more flexible. I focus on strengthening the muscles without over-building them. It is also important to let go of daily stress, and calm the mind, relax the body, improve posture, and relieve the spine. The result of the work is the general improvement of health the exercising people. Fully recommended finding a moment for yourself to take care of your health and better well-being.
