Steam or boil the broccoli florets for 4 to 5 minutes until just tender. Place in the fridge to cool and blend. Add the olive oil to a heavy-bottomed pan. When the oil has heated in the pan, add chopped onion and garlic, fry gently for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown. Add broccoli and continue frying over low heat then pour the rest of the oil to get a smooth consistency. Chop or blend the nuts into small pieces and add them to the whole, pour lemon juice, mix on the fire for a while and it's ready!
Serve hot with pasta and parsley or with bread.
