Join me for a 60-minute online Yin Yoga session focused on gentle stretching and fascia relaxation. This is a calm, restorative practice, perfect for those seeking deep relaxation and harmony in the body.
For this session, please prepare 2 yoga blocks and a large cushion or yoga bolster to support your body in maintaining comfortable poses. Find peace and balance in both body and mind through this gentle, restorative practice.
During the class, we will hold poses for an extended period, allowing for the gentle stretching of muscles and connective tissues, such as the fascia. This practice helps to increase flexibility, improve circulation, and release built-up tension. The class is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience level.
